Description

Napa Climate NOW! is hosting a climate bicycle ride fundraiser June 4, 5 and 6th. The theme is 350, a reference to the goal of returning atmospheric carbon dioxide levels to below 350 parts per million.

We have planned three really great 50K or 50M rides (depending on the riders interest and ability). Each day’s events will carry riders through various parts of Napa County, with several exciting climate points of interest along the way, and include speakers and lunch. Our goal is to raise $350 per rider per day. All funds will go to climate education and projects, mostly in and around Napa County, including our ongoing work with elected officials on the Countywide Climate Action Committee, our bi-weekly column in the Napa register, community trainings, and much more.

Ride Descriptions:
Friday, June 4 – Climate Solutions Tour de Napa (featuring the Vine Trail and the Carneros region)

Saturday, June 5 – Climate Actions Past, Present, and Future (riding to American Canyon and Mare Island)

Sunday, June 6 – Carbon Sequestration in Action (riding upvalley to St. Helena)

After registering, riders receive a custom Go Fund Me link to use as a fundraising tool. All donations received through that link (or from donations that select that team member) will be credited to the rider. After the ride, riders will receive a refund check for the total amount that they raised through Go Fund Me.

Refund Policy

Shomee's general policy is to allow customers to request full or partial refunds up to 14 days after order completion, and must provide a reason for the refund request. Sellers (the event creator) can also specify their own terms. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

An event ticket, booking, or other virtual product purchase is considered a completed order at the time of purchase. Physical orders are considered completed when the product has been shipped. Sellers (the event creator) may also define their own terms related to cancellation and reschedules of events and booking engagements due to COVID-19 impacts, low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
