In this hands-on class, Chef Tyler will instruct on the proper technique to shucking fresh oysters. Its a delicate, slightly perilous task that requires a firm hand. Learn how to make traditional accouterments that will compliment the brininess of the oysters.

At the end of class, you will be able to take away the knowledge to know how to safely pop an oyster to host your very own shellfish feast.
