We may not answer what came first, the chicken or the egg, but we will answer a lot of your chicken related questions.

In this hands-on experience learn how to butcher a whole chicken yourself into 8 or 10 cut pieces. Then apply them in various ways for different cooking techniques in the kitchen to use for different recipes.

Well discuss the difference between stock, broths and bone broths and you will learn the steps for making each product.
