Trailer

You must pick up all passes and tickets at the Phoenix Film Festival Ticket Center and not the theatre. Our Ticket Center can be found in the set of shops to the east side of the theatre. We are right between Fix 24 and AZ Kebab House.

While Harkins Theatres has instituted enhanced health and safety measures, it is impossible to eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19, a highly contagious disease that causes illness, may lead to death, and poses particular risks to senior citizens and individuals with underlying medical conditions. By continuing with your purchase, your party agrees:
1. To follow theatre requirements regarding mask usage.
2. To stay home if you’re not feeling well or experiencing any symptoms of illness, especially COVID-19.
3. By visiting our theatre, you and your party voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure.

No Refunds. Exchanges OK if requested at least 1 business day in advance at the Phoenix Film Festival Ticket Center.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please review ticket ordering information carefully prior to ticket purchase. Refunds or exchanges of tickets are solely determined by the Event Organizer, unless the event is canceled or rescheduled (see Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy). To inquire about the refund policy for a specific event, please contact the Event Organizer.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

An event ticket, booking, or other virtual product purchase is considered a completed order at the time of purchase. Physical orders are considered completed when the product has been shipped. Sellers (the event creator) may also define their own terms related to cancellation and reschedules of events and booking engagements due to COVID-19 impacts, low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

Shomee reserves the right to cancel ticket orders for any reason, not limited to incorrect billing information and/or fraud.
